Herbally Yours, Inc. is seeking a high-energy HR Generalist to own the HR function, acting as the primary HR resource for a standalone role in Gilbert, AZ.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, and employee relations while partnering with management to build a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. The role emphasizes people-centric leadership, process improvement, and hands-on involvement in performance reviews, training, benefits, and policy maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or HRIS systems (Paychex a plus)
• Degree or HR certification preferred, practical experience valued

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee separations
• Process payroll and manage timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll-related records
• Handle employee relations, coaching, investigations, and disciplinary documentation
• Support performance reviews, employee development, and training
• Create, maintain, and monitor employee training records to ensure required training stays current and compliant
• Coordinate benefits administration and help employees navigate questions
• Maintain policies, job descriptions, personnel files, and HR documentation
• Partner with management on employee, performance, attendance, and workplace issues
• Help improve communication, engagement, accountability, and the overall employee experience
• Plan fun company events, holiday celebrations, employee activities, and teambuilding events

Herbally Yours, Inc., an established dietary supplement manufacturer, is looking for a high-energy, people-focused HR Generalist who wants more than a routine HR desk job.

This is a standalone HR role where you will be the primary HR resource for the company and have the opportunity to truly make the position your own. You’ll work closely with employees, supervisors, and senior management while helping shape a workplace that is organized, accountable, supportive, and enjoyable to be part of.

What You’ll Do

• Own recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee separations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of handson HR experience preferred
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, food, or similar experience is a big plus
• Strong employee relations and performance management skills
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or HRIS systems; Paychex is a plus
• Confident, approachable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, and follows things through
• Comfortable handling both the fun side of HR and the difficult conversations
• Degree or HR certification is a plus, but strong practical experience matters most

You won’t be one person in a large HR department. You will own the HR function.
