InnoForge in California is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day People operations as the business scales. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, compliance, payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations.

This hands-on, fast-paced role suits someone who thrives in a startup-like environment and takes ownership of everyday HR activity while helping the team grow with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience in HR Generalist/Coordinator/Administrator roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and employee records.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and documentation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

A fast-growing defense technology company are looking for a HR Generalist to support the day-to-day running of its People function as the business continues to scale.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, well-funded technology business at an important stage of growth and play a key role in building a reliable and scalable HR operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is comfortable managing a broad range of employee administration, compliance and generalist responsibilities.

The Role

You will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, helping ensure HR processes are accurate, efficient and well organised.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing onboarding and offboarding administration
• Maintaining employee records and HRIS data
• Completing I-9s, background checks and employment documentation
• Supporting benefits administration and employee queries
• Assisting with payroll-related administration
• Coordinating workers’ compensation and leave processes
• Supporting HR compliance and employment documentation
• Assisting with employee relations and performance management processes
• Responding to general employee HR queries
• Helping improve internal HR processes as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of core HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee records
• Good understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day HR activity

Experience within a startup, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Package: $100000- $160000 + Equity + Benefits ( Healthcare, Vision, Dental, 401k, and Lunch)
