SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Internal Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports the Department of Internal Resources in the overall operation of human resource activities. Work is confidential in nature requiring advanced communication and management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum three (3) years progressive experience in a human resources management environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have average abilities using computer software such as MS Word, and Outlook, and capable of using internet resources for research and developing reports. Ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.

Pay Range:$54,962.96 - $75,000.00 per hour
