Hearts & Hands Of Care, Inc. in Wasilla, Alaska, seeks an experienced HR professional to support recruitment, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, retirement, labor relations and customer service under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Responsibilities include maintaining personnel files, processing status changes, coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews and reference checks, and ensuring strict confidentiality in all HR records and communications.
Description of Duties:
This position will be under the direct supervision of the HR Manager. The successful candidate of the position will be responsible for performing a wide variety of high level, complex, technical and analytical Human Resources work in the area of recruitment/selection, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, retirement, labor relations and customer service related areas; must maintain discretion and confidentiality. The duties listed below illustrate the various types of work performed, but are not encompassing.
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical school coursework preferred and minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department, technical experience, including responsibility for maintaining computer systems or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
