Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Fargo, ND is seeking an HR Generalist to support branch HR activities with a strong emphasis on recruitment. The role will assist with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave management, workers' comp and compliance, while learning the rest from a supportive HR team.

The position offers full benefits, PTO and weekly pay, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Fargo branch.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with recruitment and employee relations.
• Support investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers' comp, compliance and other HR tasks.
• Attend to hiring events and coordinate related activities.

Location: Fargo, ND (100% in Branch Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Rate: $20.00/Hour

This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment while assisting with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.If you have a passion to help people and a good attitude to learn, we would like to meet you.
