Job summary

The Encompass Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners on everyday HR matters, coordinate onboarding and training, and serve as a resource for employee leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, up to five years of HR experience, and onsite presence five days a week in Dallas. You will also collaborate with immigration vendors and maintain accurate employee records across systems.

Qualifications

• Preferred 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exposure supporting employee immigration processes.
• Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
