The Human Resources Junior Associate works under the Human Resources Director. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The Junior HR Associate will be primarily responsible for maintaining employee personnel files, assisting with the hiring process, entering employee information into the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), and report writing. This position may also be asked to provide support to employees regarding Human Resources related inquiries. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the mission of Gads Hill Center.
