Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• College coursework in a related field preferred.
• Computer-literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including reviewing new applications, scheduling and hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the ATS Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files and complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork.
• Manage driver and staff payroll and leaves of absence, including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on the benefits provided.
• Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.
• Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Benefits Include

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System – Jobvite
