Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced program or operations manager fluent in German to run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents. You'll own throughput, quality and expert performance for the German cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.

This is a remote role with about 40 hours per week, paid at $80 per hour. Requirements include 5+ years delivering programs, native or fluent German, a degree from a top-20 German university, and

• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals, quality control and review workflows, and daily delivery targets.
