Mercor in the United States seeks experienced finance professionals fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic German financial tasks. You will analyze case work, recreate workflows, and guide AI to reflect real-world practices used in Germany.

Responsibilities include building workspaces, creating prompts, and developing grading rubrics based on HGB/IFRS, BaFin regulation, and German tax rules. This is a remote pilot with approximately 21 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in German.
