Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Leader to embed HR into 275+ employee manufacturing operations and drive culture, talent, and performance. This role reports to the President and supports lean transformation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing, senior management experience with operations exposure, and a proven ability to build systems that deliver measurable business results while

• Familiarity with the Toyota Production System (TPS), the people-management philosophy.
