Ascent Hospitality is seeking a qualified hospitality leader for the role of Human Resources Employee Relations Manager.
The Human Resources Employee Relations Manager is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role involves resolving conflicts by collaborating closely with management and the legal department to address organizational issues. The manager will serve as a mediator, advocate, and advisor, ensuring fair treatment for all. This is a standalone role requiring a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
