Toppan Flexible Packaging Inc in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated HR intern with foundational knowledge in human resources or business. You will support daily operations, data gathering, and strategic initiatives across HR functions, while learning company policies and benefits to handle staff inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or Business by May 2026 or December 2026.
• Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude and HR process familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):

• Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction
• Leadership Training – Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship
• Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting
• Culture Integration – including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

This position is in our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) Office and 100% onsite.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.

The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
