Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas invites applications for an HR internship in our Charlotte, NC office. The role supports day-to-day operations, data gathering for projects, and collaboration with HR, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams.

A bachelor’s or master’s in HR or Business is expected by May or December 2026, with internship experience preferred. You will engage in leadership activities, project planning, and communication with stakeholders while learning about HR policies, benefits,

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
• Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team

Job description

Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):

• Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction
• Leadership Training – Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship
• Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting
• Culture Integration – including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation

Compensation

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.

The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
