Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is offering a Human Resources internship positioned in our Charlotte, NC onsite office. The program covers core objectives in technical skills training, leadership development, and business insights, with exposure to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and talent acquisition teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business by 2026, with internship experience and strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
• Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team

Job description

Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):

• Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction

• Leadership Training – Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship

• Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting

• Culture Integration – including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.

The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
