Maximus is hiring a DirectorTransition, Readiness & Change Management to support the successful transition, onboarding, and readiness of a large mission-critical government program. This role will be responsible for workforce transition planning, incumbent workforce capture, onboarding and credentialing coordination, readiness activities, and change management efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale contract transitions, supporting complex government programs, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness and mission success.
This position is onsite in Tampa, FL.
U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance.
This position is pending upon contract award.

Pay Transparency
