Job summary

Complete Care at Court House is hiring a Human Resources Director to lead people strategies in a long-term care setting in New Jersey. You will shape employee experience, drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes while ensuring compliance with FMLA, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation policies.

This full-time, dayshift role offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive healthcare environment and contribute to compassionate resident care and team development.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FMLA, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
