Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior HR leader to set and maintain policies across multiple offices and advise leadership on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations.

The role oversees recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, budgeting, and HR process optimization. Travel between offices is required to support a law firm or professional services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of senior HR experience; ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and leadership advisory work.
• Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and compensation processes.
• Familiar with HRIS, payroll, performance, and recruiting systems.
• HR certifications preferred but not required.
