Hoxton Circle, a high-growth entertainment platform, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the full people function on-site in New York. You will act as strategic advisor and hands-on operator, partnering with executives to align people strategy with business goals and culture.

This end-to-end leadership role covers employee experience, benefits, HR operations, onboarding, and offboarding, with a lean HR team to develop scalable processes.

• Build and refine HR processes, policies, and infrastructure to support a growing and evolving business

A high-growth entertainment platform is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the full people function, reporting directly to senior leadership. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, overseeing all aspects of HR while partnering closely with executives in a fast-paced, personality-driven environment.

This is a true end-to-end leadership role with ownership across people strategy, employee experience, benefits, and HR operations within a dynamic creative business.
