Job summary

We are pleased to partner with a growing international medical technology company that's seeking a hands-on HR Director to lead its U.S. HR function and help shape its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the EVP, Global HR, you will partner closely with U.S. leadership and colleagues internationally. This role combines strategic influence with broad responsibility across leadership development, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations and HR operations.

Candidates MUST have Global HR experience and have worked within a highly regulated environment to be considered.

The opportunity:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching managers and strengthening team performance.
• Guide organizational development, talent planning and recruiting as the business grows.
• Collaborate around and improve on practical, effective HR processes while ensuring U.S. employment compliance.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and build strong partnerships across countries and cultures.

What you bring:

• Progressive HR leadership experience with broad generalist and business-partner responsibility.
• Demonstrated global HR experience, including direct collaboration with international leadership and teams.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong judgment, credibility with senior leaders and the proven ability to see big picture, while having the willingness to handle day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• A collaborative, practical approach and experience supporting growth and organizational change.

Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in Needham. Initial international onboarding and periodic domestic and international travel are expected.
