Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR) preferred.
• Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will shape workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align people strategy with organizational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in progressive human resources leadership roles, including experience partnering with senior executives and organizational leaders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment law.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, relationship‑building and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll administration systems.
• Master's degree preferred with emphasis in HR. Minimally, a Bachelor's degree. Professional certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR) preferred.
• Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred.
