Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, Missouri, is a boutique senior living community offering multiple levels of care, dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents through purpose and joy. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to lead payroll, benefits, recruitment, and workforce development in a one-person HR department reporting to Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.

• Experience leading HR functions in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, compliance and policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manages bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Assists with development and implementation of HR services, policies and programs for staff.
• Manages recruiting and staffing functions.
• Maintains facility online education system (CE Solutions).
• Prepares and monitors performance evaluation processes for employees.
• Processes FMLA and other leaves, including ADA accommodations.
• Administers employee benefits plans and reviews monthly billings for accuracy.

Role We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team! This full time exempt-level position provides Human Resources support, including payroll, benefits and recruitment management, as well as the ongoing support and development of a quality workforce. This is a one-person department, with dotted line accountability to Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.
Responsibilities

• Manages and processes bi-weekly payroll

• Assists facility directors and staff with all Human Resources related issues
• Manages the recruiting and staffing function
• Maintains facility online education system (CE Solutions)
• Prepares, communicates and monitors the performance evaluation process for employees
• Processes FMLA and other leaves of absence requests, including ADA accommodations
• Administers employee benefits plans; reviews monthly billings for accuracy
