Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• HR leadership or management experience preferred
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Strong recruiting and employee-relations skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Weakley County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Director (HR Director) to join our leadership team in Dresden, Tennessee.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee engagement, and building strong teams. As our HR Director, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience while supporting the team members who provide exceptional care to our residents.

What You’ll Do

As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee the facility’s day-to-day HR functions and work closely with facility leadership and department managers.

Key responsibilities include:
