The Human Resources Director oversees HR functions and directs HR Generalists and activities across multiple plant/off-site locations in the Northeast region. They are responsible for the ongoing effectiveness and productivity of HR administrative functions such as compliance, benefits administration, and reporting. Their focus is on associate engagement (Be Remarkable), talent acquisition/management, performance management, and associate relations. This role supports both associates and management, ensuring effective deployment and support of ImageFIRST values, work environment initiatives, HR programs, practices, and operations.
