This role will direct all aspects of HR including supervising an HR Generalist and a Recruiter. A Degree and 10+ years of complex HR functions within a small to mid size company required. They are hybrid in office 3 days a week. Degree and HR Certifications required along with a solid HR compliance background. Main responsibilities will include the following.
