Is the Human Resources Development Program right for you? Our rotational program is structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments at our manufacturing plants (onsite) and corporate offices (hybrid). Master's program graduates interested in Human Resources within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions.
Do you have what it takes? You will complete your Master's degree Human Resources, or a related program of study no later than June 2027 (January start dates available for December grads). You have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes. You are able to relocate during and after the program. Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs. Location assignments will be available as early as January 2026.

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
