Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to design and enhance reporting solutions, data workflows, and analytics products that deliver governed insights for operational and strategic decisions.
You will work across Workday, Power BI, automation tools, and modern data platforms, shaping data capabilities, improving data quality, and expanding self-service analytics for multiple audience levels.
Reporting to the HR Data and Reporting Manager, you will design, enhance, and sustain reporting solutions, data workflows, and analytical products that enable reliable Human Resources insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. You will help shape the evolution of Human Resources data capabilities by improving data quality, expanding automation, introducing scalable self-service solutions, and supporting modern analytics architecture. You will work across Workday, Power BI, automation tools, artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, and modern data platforms to strengthen the Human Resources data ecosystem, advance reporting capabilities, and deliver governed analytics. You will provide technical guidance, resolve complex data and reporting issues, and partner across Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable, governed, and sustainable data solutions.
Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reports, dashboards, analytics products, and self-service solutions that are actionable, visually effective, and appropriate for multiple audience levels.
Evaluate, design, and implement new Human Resources data capabilities, including advanced data processing, workflow automation, artificial intelligence-assisted reporting, and intelligent data interaction solutions.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, automated workflows, and integration patterns that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and expand capacity for higher-value analytics.
Strengthen data governance by defining standards, identifying data quality gaps, recommending remediation strategies, and supporting processes that protect data integrity over time.
Introduce and operationalize new data sources, including Prism Analytics and multi-source Human Resources data, to broaden analytical capabilities and enable richer workforce insights.
Provide senior-level support for complex or escalated report errors, Prism integration issues, data discrepancies, and cross-system reporting challenges requiring deeper investigation.
Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor for analyst-level team members by providing guidance on root cause analysis, configuration, solution design, and technical capability development.
Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, integration, automation, finance, vendor, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs, communicate project status and risks, and support sustainable delivery.

Compensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
