Job summary

Conagra Brands invites you to join a 36-month Supply Chain Development Program designed to accelerate your growth into a future supply chain leader. You will rotate through manufacturing and corporate environments, gaining hands-on experience and a broad understanding of end-to-end operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, or extracurricular experiences.
• Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate for at least one year during the program.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities.
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results.
• Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Gain experience in areas such as Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety, Planning, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Risk, and Manufacturing.

Compensation

Pay Range: $59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
