Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with salary structures, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking
• Knowledge of pay equity, salary surveys, and pay‑transparency regulations
• Experience supporting compensation decisions, salary adjustments, and recruiting offers
• FLSA classifications, EEO codes, and wage‑and‑hour compliance
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
