Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to support compensation, pay-equity, and compliance initiatives for professional staff in a hybrid schedule. You will partner with the CHRO and HR colleagues to analyze salary structures, provide market pricing guidance, and ensure compliance with pay-transparency laws across jurisdictions.

Requires strong Excel and HRIS experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• At least three years of data analytics or equivalent experience supporting a large, multi-location employer; professional services is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with macros and pivot tables; Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG/UltiPro is a plus.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze professional staff compensation to support strategy, market position, and legal compliance.
• Conduct compensation analyses and market pricing for roles with equity considerations.
• Partner with CHRO, HR team, and leaders to provide compensation guidance for recruiting and pay-equity decisions.
• Maintain and evaluate compensation programs and systems to comply with laws and regulations.
• Support pay-transparency compliance across jurisdictions.
