We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Director and our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting employee needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment processes, including initial contact with candidates to schedule interviews and provide follow-up.
- Onboarding of new hires: sending offer letters, welcome emails, creation of employee files, and electronic filing of new hire paperwork.
- Provide status updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process; escalate employee needs when necessary.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and equipment.
- Maintain payroll records including missed punches, PTO requests, and timecards.
- Serve as backup for bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Maintain employee files & profiles within various company systems.
- Coordinate and assist with annual processes including Performance Evaluations, Workspace Safety Inspections, & Benefits Open Enrollment.
- Assist with offboarding tasks including coordination of returning equipment and creation of offboarding tickets with IT.

Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
- 1+ year of experience with an HRIS or Payroll Software, Paycom preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Teams preferred.
