Job summary

Burton's Ridge is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to lead our facility HR function, providing service and direction on payroll, benefits and day-to-day support for residents and staff.

The role focuses on bi-weekly payroll processing, recruitment and pre-employment steps, staff orientation, workers’ compensation administration, benefits auditing, and ensuring personnel file compliance. Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resource role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
