Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/mcobuhh-hilton-orlando-buena-vista-palace) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

Our hotel, located just steps from Disney Springs, features 1,011 guest rooms, over 145,000 square feet of meeting space, a pool, lazy river, and fitness center.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Human Resources experience; hotel experience is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (some overtime required). Flexible schedule.

Pay Rate

$20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the Director and Managers with the overall management of HR functions, including:

  • Facilitating daily HR operations related to team member and labor relations
  • Conducting professional in-person communication and routing requests to HR Partners
  • Supporting union and non-union team members with benefits resources and enrollment
  • Managing data entry and auditing in systems like TMX and Taleo
  • Supporting employment transitions, FMLA/LOA requests, onboarding, and background checks
  • Managing the uniform program and supporting special projects as needed
