Position Details

Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Location: St. Louis, MO

Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs, including maintaining confidential files, assisting with staffing, processing invoices, and supporting financial and operational tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.
2. Maintain confidential personnel files.
3. Assist management with employment and labor relations documents.
4. Support staffing needs, including finding replacements on short notice.
5. Coordinate with co-workers, school personnel, parents, and supervisors.
6. Maintain records for free and reduced lunch programs if applicable.
7. Enter sales and meal counts into computer systems.
8. Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
9. Process vendor invoices and perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
10. Prepare monthly financial reports and state reimbursement forms.
11. Attend in-service and safety meetings.
12. Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
