Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator for our Naples fulfillment center. You’ll guide candidates and new hires through a smooth hiring process and leave a positive first impression.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR, and strong communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
