Job summary

Uline Naples is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to guide candidates through the hiring process and support new hires at our Naples fulfillment center. You’ll become the go-to person for applicants, helping them feel welcomed and informed from first contact through onboarding.

The role emphasizes organized scheduling, accurate recordkeeping, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and collaboration with interview teams and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
