Ideal candidates bring 2+ years HR experience, Paylocity HRIS knowledge, and strong Spanish-English communication skills. This role emphasizes recruiting and employee lifecycle activities, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred).
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong recruiting background.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
