Job summary

Ludlow-Manufacturing,-Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and help hire top talent, coordinate onboarding, and assist with performance management and retention initiatives. Strong HRIS background (Paylocity) is preferred and bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Are you passionate about people, recruiting, and creating a great employee experience? We're looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support our growing team and play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. Strong focus on recruiting.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
• HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong recruiting background
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required
