Job description

POSITION: Scenic Meadows Resource Coordinator

Scenic Meadows/Greene County Center, Springfield MO

Work Status: Part-Time (10 hrs.), Hours Varied Monday-Friday

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for serving the residents of Scenic Meadows Apartments. The Resource Coordinator will work ten (10) hours each week on site at the Scenic Meadows Apartment complex and will provide services to aid in resident stability and success.
EOE 15.00/hr.

Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or GED.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively both written (reports, letters, documents) and orally.
  3. Ability to operate various software programs, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database.
  4. Ability to understand and implement the purpose, goals, and resources of the Agency and relate this information to the community.
  5. Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimum supervision.
  6. Ability to work effectively with consumers and become familiar with local resources that will help them to become self-sufficient.
  7. Ability to handle program/consumer information in a confidential manner.
  8. Ability to prepare and present material to a group and to lead group discussions.
  9. Ability to work effectively with consumers and staff, and represent the Agency in an effective and professional manner.
  10. Possession of a valid Missouri driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
  11. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
