We’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support company-wide HR and administrative processes. This is a hybrid position with flexibility for remote work.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Coordinate all aspects of new employee onboarding, including pre-hire paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, and orientation scheduling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits, assisting with enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the administration of company programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to general employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events coordination.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting HR functions for a federal contracting or technology-focused company.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of federal employment regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits platforms (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Gusto).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • US Citizenship is required due to client data requirements.
