The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and supporting the company's day-to-day human resources operations. This position will oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records and organizational charts, prepare offer letters and employment documentation, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and support benefits administration and HR compliance. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Paychex HR system, including employee information, payroll-related HR functions, time and attendance, and other applicable HR processes. The role will coordinate quarterly performance reviews, department check-ins, employee training, goal setting, and one-on-one meetings. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations and workplace conflicts, monitoring attendance and punctuality, communicating employee updates to management, and supporting departments with HR and organizational needs. This position will also coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, company events, and year-end activities, as well as maintain the company holiday calendar and related employee communications.
