Operations Administrative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with various administrative and office tasks, including office supply management, special projects, and other duties assigned.
  • Process badge applications for new employees, renewals for current employees, and termination of badge access for exiting employees in compliance with airport requirements.
  • Process invoicing, audit vendor statements, and reconcile invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure all required documents are properly collected and filed.
  • Enter new hire data into the HR Information System (HRIS) and maintain records of active job openings and applications.
  • Manage internal and external job postings.
  • Respond to FAQs from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes; refer complex questions to senior HR staff or management.
  • Organize and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Assist with onboarding activities such as background checks, fingerprint appointments, and I-9 verifications.
  • Support recruitment activities, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and pre-screening candidates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
