Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Allentown fulfillment center, the go-to person for candidates and new hires, shaping their first experience with us by ensuring a seamless hiring process. If you’re organized with excellent communication skills and ready to grow in HR, we want to hear from you!

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The role includes coordinating interviews, onboarding, maintaining candidate records, and providing weekly recruiting summaries, with

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
