Job summary

Uline, a leading North American shipping and packaging materials distributor, seeks an HR Coordinator for our Allentown fulfillment center. You will be the go-to person for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth hiring experience from scheduling to onboarding.

Ideal candidates are organized with strong communication skills and at least 2 years in HR or related admin roles. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is a must.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
