The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position provides broad support across key HR functions, including recruiting, candidate engagement, onboarding, benefits administration, employee events, and other HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have 3 to 7 years of human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, or professional services experience and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic law firm environment. EOE/M/F/D/V
