Monmouth Cards is a fast-growing sports and trading card retailer with multiple locations in the Northeast. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team and support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
You will work directly alongside the HR Manager, contributing to a wide range of HR initiatives for a fast-growing, multi-entity organization.

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. You'll work directly alongside the HR Manager, supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for a fast-growing, multi-entity organization.
The position will begin on a part-time basis while you train alongside the HR Manager. During a planned leave of absence later this year, you'll transition to a full-time schedule and serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource while working closely with company leadership to ensure HR operations continue to run smoothly. Following that period, the role is expected to continue on either a part-time or full-time basis as our growing organization expands and takes on additional HR initiatives and projects.
