Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Parallon is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide local HR support and be the face of the HR office in Nashville. You will guide employees to the correct self-service portal or HR service center and assist the HRBP team with information collection.

You will help with local hiring processes, orientation programs, compliance preparations, and learning and development activities while supporting benefits enrollment and salary planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide local HR support to employees and be the face of the HR office.
• Guide employees seeking HR transactional support to the correct self-service portal or HR service center.
• Support the HR Business Partner team and managers in collecting and coordinating information.
• Assist with local tasks that cannot be completed by the HR service center.
• Help with local employee engagement, service awards and community events.
• Support implementation of department or facility action plans from engagement survey results.
• Maintain local hiring processes by posting jobs, organizing onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions.
• Coordinate local orientation programs and help content delivery.
• Assist with compliance initiatives by gathering information for audits.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Manage benefits enrollment by conducting information sessions and guiding to resources.
• Assist managers with salary and incentive planning.
• Aid employees returning from leaves or Workers’ Comp inquiries.

• You will manage benefits enrollment by conducting information sessions and directing employees to the correct web and call center resources
• Help in equipping managers for the salary and incentive planning process
• Aid employees with return from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp inquiries

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree, required
• 1 or more years of experience in relevant work experience
