Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with facility leadership on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee relations. You will support culture initiatives and drive an engaged, productive workforce aligned with policy and compliance.

You will analyze workforce data, provide coaching on performance management, and help implement HR programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience, with 1+ year in HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees at one or more HCA Healthcare facilities, creating the desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCA Healthcare policies, programs, and practices. Reporting to the Facility (or LOB Regional) Manager or VP of HR and utilizing processes and tools from HCA Healthcare HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers, this position will provide direct local support for employee relations and engagement, including culture and values initiatives.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Analyze workforce and talent data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decisions.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement workforce solutions, improve team effectiveness, and address organizational challenges.
• Coordinate employee programs, engagement activities, and community involvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Assist with talent development, performance management, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment practices, and regulatory requirements, including leave administration and workers’ compensation processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Track, interpret, and report key workforce metrics to support business outcomes.
• Provide HR support during emergency and disaster response situations as needed.

Qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of experience in relevant work, 1 year must be in HR department required
