EDC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the Human Resources Leader. This role is for eager learners who can adapt to shifting priorities, handling administrative tasks, payroll, and recruiting while educating new hires on policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization.
You will educate new hires and staff on policies, maintain compliant practices, lead new hire orientations, and serve as the primary HR contact.

The Opportunity
EDC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the Human Resources Leader. This job is for eager learners who are comfortable with shifting priorities and tasks ranging from administrative functions to payroll and recruiting. They will serve as a key resource for employees by educating new hires and existing staff on company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent compliance across the organization. This role will help foster a positive and professional workplace culture. This is not a remote position. No travel is required.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to hear and sit. All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks. The hourly range for this position is $24 to $26 per hour. However, if you possess additional experience or valuable skills that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation.
