Job summary

EDC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the Human Resources Leader. This role is for eager learners who can adapt to shifting priorities, handling administrative tasks, payroll, and recruiting while educating new hires on policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization.

You will educate new hires and staff on policies, maintain compliant practices, lead new hire orientations, and serve as the primary HR contact.

Qualifications

• Must have experience handling payroll and related functions.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HR policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and expenses management for the whole company.
• Lead the recruitment and interview process; track candidates in HRIS.
• Process onboarding and offboarding in HRIS.
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Serve as the primary HR contact and maintain organized filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
